Welcome! To ensure that everyone has a safe, respectful, and enjoyable evening, the following house rules apply during our events.
1. ACCESS
• Entry is only possible with a valid ticket.
• You must be able to show a valid form of identification upon entry.
• The minimum age for entry is 18 years.
• A ticket entitles you to one-time entry. Upon leaving the venue, the right of entry expires, unless otherwise stated.
2. SAFETY
• Always follow the instructions of the organization, security, and staff.
• Visitors may be checked upon entry.
• Bringing weapons, dangerous objects, or other prohibited goods is not permitted.
• The possession, use, or trafficking of prohibited substances is strictly forbidden.
3. BEHAVIOR
• Respect other visitors, staff, artists, and local residents.
• Aggression, violence, intimidation, discrimination, racism, sexism, bullying, threats, unwanted sexual advances, or other transgressive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Persons causing a nuisance may be immediately removed from the event.
4. NO MEANS NO
• We maintain a strict “No Means No” policy.
• Always respect the personal boundaries of others.
• No means no. Doubt is not consent.
• Unwanted touching, intimidating behavior, persistent advances, or other forms of inappropriate behavior are not permitted.
• Violation of this rule may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
5. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR SEXUAL HARASSMENT
• Sexual harassment, unwanted sexual attention, offensive remarks, unwanted touching, or any other behavior that makes someone feel unsafe is not accepted.
• The organization maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding sexual harassment.
• Upon observation or reporting of such behavior, immediate removal from the event may follow and, if necessary, a report to the police.
6. ALCOHOL AND INTOXICATION
• Entry may be refused in case of visible severe intoxication.
• The organization reserves the right to remove visitors who pose a danger to themselves or others.
7. PHOTO AND VIDEO RECORDINGS
• During the event, photos and video recordings may be taken for promotional purposes.
• By attending the event, you agree to the possible use of images in which you are visible.
• Professional camera, film, and recording equipment is only permitted with prior written permission from the organization.
8. TICKETS
• Tickets are personal and may not be resold for a higher price than the original purchase price.
• Fraud, forgery, or unauthorized resale of tickets will result in invalidation without the right to a refund.
9. PROPERTIES
• Visitors are responsible for their own personal belongings.
• The organization is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to property.
10. SAFETY AND REPORTING
• Everyone has the right to a safe and respectful environment.
• Do you feel unsafe, harassed, or approached inappropriately? Report this immediately to an employee, security guard, or member of the organization.
• Reports are taken seriously and treated confidentially insofar as the situation permits.
• The organization reserves the right to take appropriate measures to ensure the safety of visitors.
11. REMOVAL AND REFUSAL
The organization reserves the right to refuse entry to visitors without refund of ticket costs or to remove them from the event if they:
• violate the house rules;
• unable to produce valid identification;
• failure to meet the minimum age;
• in possession of prohibited substances or objects;
• exhibit aggressive, threatening, or transgressive behavior;
• disrupt safety, atmosphere, or order.
12. FINAL PROVISION
By entering the event, you agree to these house rules and the general terms and conditionsof the organization.
